Well the "Swindon Rammer" managed to get the video's of his great driving removed, so I have uploaded them again, the first one is linked.

An update.

Being removed a little late for the "Swindon Rammer", the police have already watched them and have requested a hard copy, they need a hard copy for the file they send to the CPS.

I have also opened a facebook page in the drivers honour, with the video, the facebook name is "Swindon Rammer".

Also, the 676 private hire sticker in the window should not be there as it is not a licensed private hire vehicle, not very happy at Swindon council's licensing department.
More importantly, Great Western Ambulance Service contacted me about the vehicle displaying a "Great Western Ambulance Service" sign on the dashboard, apparently it is not allowed to display this and could land the driver in some more serious trouble.

They did not actually state a reason, just that it violates their privacy guidelines.

I can only assume they did not like the long section of the video with just a still of the drivers face on display. I only did that because YouTube do not allow you to select the thumbnail for the video.

Blimey! That's right over the road from where I work... what on earth was the problem with you anyway...? Reversing back over the dual carriageway there was the mark of a true cretin... sadly yet again IQ is never a factor on the roads in sunny Swindon...

How does YouTube determine if content should be removed for a privacy violation?

For content to be considered for removal, an individual must be uniquely identifiable by image, voice, full name, National Insurance number, bank account number or contact information (e.g. home address, email address). Examples that would not violate our privacy guidelines include gamer tags, avatar names and address information in which the individual is not named. We also take public interest, newsworthiness and consent into account when determining if content should be removed for a privacy violation. YouTube reserves the right to make the final determination of whether a violation of its privacy guidelines has occurred.

Having said that, I have had people complain about videos on the same basis and the videos have not been removed. However, I didn't feature a long shot of a still image of the individual in those cases.

Youtube won't particularly care about the law, and complaining won't get you anywhere. They'll just go for the easy life.

Only slight, I was able to let the bike move forward to dissipate some of the energy, the wheel is now slightly out of true, it was perfectly fine the night before when I checked it as part of my weekly checks.

He was whining about lots of things, he originally said I was making vulgar hand gestures but later he tried to convince me I had deliberately "stamped" on my brakes causing him to run into me.
He seemed to forget I was stopped for almost 1.5 to 2 seconds before contact, the only way I can see his van with my helmet camera is by having at least one foot on the ground so I can turn my whole body to where he was coming from.

One of them has sound, the one when he returns to the scene.
The one that does not have sound was muted by mistake on my part, so I made a second video with the sound checked before uploading.
