Tablet graphics.

I'm currently using a Samsung Tab 3, and all is good so far, but the only downside is the quality of the 3D graphics on a ride. There doesn't appear to be all the detail in the surroundings, with just a few random buildings, trees, and people. I presume this is due to the tablet not being able to process any more detail, despite having all the Bkool settings on 'max'.
Can anyone confirm this is the case, or is there something else I'm missing ?
Any recommendations for the best tablet to use ?
