I have a Tacx Satori turbo, but the resistance levels are reversed. 1 is hard 10 is easy. any one know what's wrong?

My Satori shows 10 when the cable is completely retracted, then 1, 2, 3 etc. as the lever is pulled... What I think is happening is that the lever has a rack gear rotating a spur gear with the dial, them all being plastic (and not particularly well made for the purpose...), eventually the gears slip...
However yours is a different issue. From my understanding of the mechanism I don't think it is likely that the problem is within the turbo, but I guess you could open it up and take a look see, this is a good guide. AFAIK the lever mechanism is not serviceable, but the assembly is replaceable.
Alternatively unless you are riding ss or fixed you could just leave the resistance lever alone and use the gears on your bike.
