Tacx sensor and Wahoo Elemnt linkage

Hi all,

I've got a Wahoo Elemnt computer and I have a Tacx Speed and Cadence sensor that came with a Turbo Trainer attached to the bike. The sensor is flashing green, which I believe means it's allegedly working. The sensor is shown as attached on the iPhone Wahoo app but RPM continues to show N/A on the Elemnt itself. And if I look at the Tacx app, it's showing blanks, although again it appears to be connected.

Having no cadence info isn't the end of world, but as I think I have the equipment to display it, I may as well! Does anyone have any thoughts?

Could be a faulty sensor... I had an issue with the heart rate monitor on my ELMNT last year, would work sometimes and other stop working.. Wahoo replaced this and (touch wood) been OK since..

If it is new or still in warranty email Tacx support they may advise

I guess it is still under warranty, so worth a go...thanks for that.
