Maybe I'm behind the times (not unusual!) Maybe I'm in front of them (rare) but I heard about Tajin Classico somewhere and thought I'd get some try it on a bit of sirloin & sautéed mushrooms...
It's bloomin' lovely! Chili & lime. Not 🔥 hot, just got a nice kick to it.
