We all know the dangers traffic poses, but once in a while you get a reminder of other dangers...

This happened a couple of years ago as well IIRC, very close proximity to the one above.
Swooping downhill cyclepaths leading to underpasses, lots of almost blind bends, my wife almost had a similar incident a couple of winters ago.

I feel sorry for him but this is one of the reasons I prefer the road; users of it tend to be more predictable.

I've seen lots of near-misses on the canal through Bow, though luckily the speeds are too slow to get really dangerous (unless you end up in the water).

How odd that they gave the make of both bikes.

I saw that had been noticed, but on the other hand I would find "a red ford focus was collided wit a white renault clio" surprising and I guess it's the same sort of thing.
