Apparently I'd be happiest : (which is only 3% more than where I live) South Cambridgeshire 73% Life Satisfaction -We predict that a personality type like yours would experience 73% life satisfaction in South Cambridgeshire. This mostly rural district in the East of England embraces an area of the Fens – an expanse of reclaimed marshland, with small towns and villages. Residents of this district generally reported average levels of neuroticism for Britain. Levels of openness and conscientiousness were higher, and extraversion and agreeableness lower than average

I get good results for Leicester but the best place for me seems to be in Lancashire. Funny thing is I lived with a girl from Blackburn and liked it when we went up there.

[QUOTE 4728169, member: 259"]I would apparently be happiest in Richmondshire, which I did not know even existed until I did this test two years ago.

What a load of rubbish.

Craven in Yorkshire (but I would be only 58% happy). This is silly. I know I'd be happiest on the coast and in the South East (due to the weather).

South Holland apparently. Which is apparently not in Holland. You learn something new every day.

Apparently I'd be the most miserable in South Holland...

Allegedly happiest in Sedgemoor in the Somerset Levels, with a 69% rating. Which just goes to show what pants the thing is, as I'd improve my happiness from 63% to 69% by moving there from Sheffield, a whopping 6%...

I'd just like somewhere really quiet - I live in a nice area, but I'd like no neighbours!

ETA: Looked at some pics of Sedgemoor - it actually looks pretty appealing! A bit bizarre about how narrow the 'happiness' quotient is from a city though, when I really would love to be rural!

Leicester. Where's Leicester, I've never taken any interest in Leicester so it must be South of me or East or both. Mind you, it was only a few points ahead of where I live now, so I think I'll stay here.
