Tales from today's commute....

Gusty wind today, couldn't make up it's mind which way it's blowing.

Cyclops junction. Going north or east seems ok (with the caution of watching other cyclists as above) but south is rubbish due to the pedestrians on the bus stop, and west is worst of all. Coming in you arrive at the top of the cyclops 'eye' and are routed 270degrees around the circle to continue. Obviously many people don't do this (maybe don't even notice it's the 'correct' action as it's not that clear on the road) and are then in the wrong cycle lane facing the wrong way.

Weirdly, there was no wind at all at home when I set off, but a couple of miles down the road it was gusty, and a weird tail cross (I'm going West in the morning) but then a raging headwind when I turned North.

Issues with cyclops this morning, I crossed on green, two cyclists heading North sailed through on red like the signals mean nothing. One 'had' to stop - I wasn't !
