There is a delightful aroma of shepherds pie coming from the kitchen, and I am dried off after cycling home from work in a torrential gale. It's really windy out there.
I also have some blackberry and apple pie for Ron.

I like her one about hedgehogs.

When whistling down your propshaft and bouncing off the diff
The coat of nice brown prickles is ineffect-iff.

As I recall, that was the end of my ice cream cone.

I think we'd come about 40 miles before we got there, and it was our first food stop, so that icecream didn't last long.

The close up one confirms it Arch, and yes you deserved an ice cream after 40 miles of one of Colin's rides, must have been a shock to see the ground pointing upwards instead of flat?

I do like the stuff she does for R4, Ayres on the Air was great and the Potting on sit-com I'm re-listening to at the minute.
I think it's the bumpkin voice that does it for me

Hand is back online. It 'feels' cold but is at normal temperature to the touch.

Back to numb again. Must be a hardware fault.


I do like Pam Ayres style of poetry and delivery. Haven't heard her for a long while though.
