Been weaned off CC for over a week so just popped in to say hallo before disappearing again. Should have been in Keswick for a long week-end but the flat's flooded out... grumpy's at home for 4 days. Ah well, mug of mulled wine for a change... chin up!

Mornings! WCMNr is home for the weekend. So it's roast dinner weekend, as that's what he comes home for. Tea's brewing whilst I mucnh on my porridge topped with apple (2.5 points.. all very healthy)

I'm on hot blackcurrant at the moment, as I have that vague feeling in my throat that might be soreness but isn't quite, and that woolly feeling behind my nose that might be the start of bunged up sinuses.
