Later, I will be trying to mix whiskey and double cream to make Irish cream. I am not sure about the quantities. Should I just start with a large whiskey and add cream increaments?

I've breakfasted on smoked salmon on toast, which I partly ate standing in the street watching Oli and Max scooting and toddlebiking up and down. I think this will enhance my mother's social standing no end.
