Can't remember if I put sugar in my tea or not, waiting for it to cool down enough for me to find out :unsure:
Use a teaspoon to scoop out a bit and then blow on it to cool before tasting. If there is no sugar then enjoy the taste of the tea and vow never to have sugar in it again.:thumbsup:

Repeat the process with the milk and you will soon be having tea without milk or sugar and not only save calories but money and time too.:smile:

I have intalled two additional sockets in the bedroom suite today, and extended the wiring to them. It all works and is safe. Just wanted to do some plastering to tidy up but I think I had lent someone my plaster mixer attachment for my drill.
:cuppa: break now I think.
