Hmm, kinda cool, but haven't really got the budget. Plus, I'm not sure the super-stable trike appeals to me, I was thinking more along the lines of...

I had steak and kidney pie.

I have been sticking to my <2000 calorie diet, just had 2 pieces of toast for supper as I still had over 400cals left today
Towards the end of last year I was losing weight eating 2400cals per day so should see some decent results if I stick to this for a few more weeks

I am trying to eat less that 1500 calories a day. Most days I succeed. I particularly like caraway seed.

• occasionally indulge in something other than tea
• like that something other to be easily portable
• are disappointed by your efforts to cultivate dashing facial hair
