Well its a good job colinj cancelled that ride today otherwise potsy and Co would need anchors to keep them on the ground.

Aye, my windows are rattling like a very rattly thing! I rode to Bishopthorpe yesterday and got blown sideways going across the racecourse.

Went to a party last night, one of my ex-uni friends graduated with her PhD on Friday. First time I'd been back to the Department, and seen my ex-supervisor and other folk since I left, 2 years ago!

I'm not going to make a habit of dropping in to this thread, but I just wanted to point out that if you lot keep it going at this rate, the page counts will soon be bursting out of their little orange boxes!

Well, if you didn't keep popping in there would be far fewer posts
Don't forget this is 'part 2' the original 'tea' got too big and was split into this new thread

Right, I'm about to dig out the treadmill and go for a 'jog' (stop laughing) :training:

Back from a drizzly then sunny but gusty 26 miles, bring my total for the week to a fraction over 200 miles

Having an emergency :cuppa: or two, then going to walk the dog down to the village and get me a calorific treat to make up for the shock. :mrpig:

Right you horrible lot :ninja:
Did 2 miles none stop, happy with that considering I had to wipe an inch of dust from it since it was last used about 2 years ago, will aim to do 2 sessions per week and slowly increase the distance.
2 pronged attack should help get fit for SITD audax in April :highfive:

I have been out for lunch today. ^_^ Bruschetta with ham and tomato and cheese -that was the starter. Roast beef, roast potatoes and the most enormous and crispy Yorkshire pud I have ever eaten. Followed by sticky toffee pudding with ice cream. I do not think I will be eating very much during the rest of the day.
