35 more plastic cups done. Hit a slight snag with setting up the pumps, 1/4 hose tails difficult to come by as plumbing shops don't stock them. Pete has ordered some on-line, hopefully they will get here before Friday.

Have asked to get access to the glass house at the weekend so I can do a test run before putting my plants in the system. Right better get cracking.

Is it too early to start afternoon tea?
I'll take an afternoon tea please, though strictly speaking this is breakfast for me :cuppa:
Just got off the phone to the lbs and my CX is a bit poorly, I have ridden it so much it needs a new chain after only 700 miles
They have also replaced another part under warranty.
I will not be having salad, though it sounds like Phil had sausage rolls with salad, rather than salad with a sausage roll :mrpig:

I've just visited the Arts on Prescription project. Looks pretty good with a good range of artistic activities. I am back tomorrow for the formal interview and to get my self started on something.
They do Art, Ceramics, Textiles, Woodwork, Gardening, Photography (digital and old school), Creative Writing and some other things I think. No black smithing or air brush training though, I might find out if they can help with the air brush technique if I bought an air brush kit to use there.
Their wood shop is quite good and some of the furniture they have made is really very good. I was trying very hard not to 'assess it' for marking. Quite stressful getting that urge and being in the company of a 'class'. I'm not sure I will do the wood work yet as I could feel the anxiety rising while I was there. I think I will start with the art class to get my hand in.
They do 6 weeks sessions, one day a week, in each subject as desired and subject to availability, for 6 months. After that I may volunteer to work there, possibly in the woodshop if it has all been sucessful.

I am quite anxious but I am also looking forward to it.

Hopefully I will also get into cycling there although it is up hill all the way and I have to cross the A6.
This is their bike shelter.

Did they replace the chain under warranty coz it should do more than 700 miles, I replaced the one on the secteur after about 2000 ish miles.

No, I know 10 speed will have a shorter life than the 9 speed I am used to but was hoping for more than that.
I normally use KMC chains, but the one fitted is a Shimano which I am not a fan of.
Will see how this one does before I put a bulk buy in
Maybe they are just being cautious and I could have gotten a few hundred more miles from it, either way it is done now so too late.

Fair enough I would have told them to sod off myself.
