80%, 71%, 65%, 52% hmmmm think I'm heading for a 2:1 hopefully. Just got to crank up my marks for the next assignments.
Good luck with it, Gromit.

I went for a ride earlier, just a short one to the polling station. It was a little too close to justify cycling but also at the limits of what I can comfortably walk at the moment. It was freezing and drizzly.

I have been messing about with Brompton mudguards today.

I have been messing about with Brompton mudguards today.

What have you turned them into? ^_^ ;)

I'm having a dinner consisting entirely of reduced to clear items: Sushi, a duck wrap, and a tiramisu. Ironically, this probably costs more than anything I'd have cooked. But I couldn't be bothered...

For reasons unknown even to myself I had to remove the rear stays and make up some new stays, brackets and bits. In the process I decided to use a Lego wheel, as it is a little larger then the Brompton one and make a suitable new set of hardware for it and for some stainless steel two part stays.
The larger wheel keeps the middle part of the mudguard off the ground a little better then normal I think.
