Right, garage has been alerted to me bringing it in tomorra, RAC have been arranged to come out in the morning as it might need to be towed there.
1 mile ride to the garage and on way back there was a 'bumping' from the rear wheel, yes you guessed it, tyre completely failed, wire bead come away and is now dead.
Not happy :cursing:

Almost stressed enough to start eating cake again :banghead:

I fitted the 72V controller to the tractor. Nothing happened, nothing worked. Don't know why. I just made a sound that was a bit like 'Poo!'
Maybe I am missing something, a brain cell maybe!

Got head ache now.
:cuppa: while I think about it.

I had to buy a new wheel for the bike - they only had the more expensive or the cheapy useless ones (their words) in stock and could have ordered one in for me but the cost of the bus tickets home and then back again more or less made up the difference so I cracked open my wallet and had me a little .

Is there :cuppa: for everyone, NT?

Lucky you wussed out didnt go out on either of those rides at the weekend then, otherwise you would probably have ended up walking further than you usually do ........ a lot further.

The tractor runs, at last.

I gave up and put the original controller back and sorted out the wiring to connect the reversing contactors. It runs but now has optional 3F1R and 1F3R gears.

I have a migraine brewing now. Right eye pressure and nausea building up. Going for a lie down.

Pancake, aww shame Jo can't have any :giggle:
I on the other hand can eat loads of Jaffa cakes cos they is really a biskit :hungry:

Er, think not, I think they were decreed to be a cake, because they go harder when stale.

If they were biskits, they'd be chocolate biskits, and therefore liable for VAT, whereas cake of any sort is not...
