Thank you NT, still a fair way to go but I'm getting there slowly.
Though I was probably a good bit heavier in that shot after the full brekky and slice of choccy cake

Lovely day here, no cycling though as I need to rest my legs, will instead be getting all the Yorkshire mud off my bike from yesterdays ride

Afternoons!!
Well, that was fun. 34 somewhat hilly miles, with a stop at Morrisons for breakfast.
It was quite a bit busier than usual.
Couldn't believe the number of people who think that taking Mum to Morrisons cafe constitutes a Mothers Day treat...
Need a warming now.

I've cut the grass this afternoon, taken all the rubbish to the recycling dump, walked 8 miles yesterday, ridden 27 miles on Friday night.... and now, quietly sitting here with a cuppa, coughed and pulled a muscle. Life's not fair... don't make me laugh, please, I can't laugh. Ow.

I have been out for a short ride getting my Chihuahuahuahua used to her little basket on the front of my bike, so she can now come with me on my many epic journeys
