Today I went out in the blazing sunshine for a hilly ride and inflicted my tipex colour legs on the world ............ I stopped by the donkeys to get a better photo for Jo but they wouldnt come over and have their picture taken ................... then I watched a huge fire on the moors as numerous fire engines tackled it ............ so if you were working and couldnt enjoy the lovely weather .........

I have been on the scaffolding all afternoon. Fitted a lengths of soffit, moved the scaffold, fitted another length, removed a section of redundant soil pipe, cut out the bitty bits of bricks around the pipe and made good with two whole and two half bricks to match the bond pattern, washed the top section of soil pipe of green scum and readied it for painting black.

This evening, after dinner, I spent some time with my neighbour deciding on his decoration and then we went to B&Q where he spend a lot of money on decent paint. We will begin decorating his house tomorrow after we have painted my soil pipe and moved the scaffold again.
