Nobody needs to know that 
To compensate for lack of cycling this week I decided to dust off the treadmill and do a 2 mile run instead, feeling very good as it's the first one for a while and I did the whole 2 miles without having to stop for a walk.
I reckon my mojo is back after a disappointing few weeks, planning on doing at least 2 more runs before I go back to work on Tuesday.
