It's "wash n go" Jo .. I washed and it went 
mind you it did lash it down for about 30 minutes and the other two cycling buddies got drenched

It hailed again shortly after that photo, just after Mum and I shoveled the drive clear.
A neighbour came over to say that his gutters are now blocked and the water is coming inside. I will lend him a three section 30' ladder to get up there to clear it all out.
I have just cleared the gutter on the conservatory so the remaining hail coming off the roof doesn't build up on the conservatory roof. There are still piles of the stuff frozen.
In the meantime I have cut a bit of aluminium plate as a heatsink for the tractor speed controller and repositioned it over the batteries. It means the Ikea Box no longer fits.
I have reassembled the transmission tunnel and added a 'cyclist's' cup holder.

I remember many years ago, while driving through Longsight, I was stopped at a traffic light crossroads in the sun.Blimey, that must have hurt (if anyone was out in it). Lots ofhere but this morning had the odd experience of fierce rain on one side of the house but bright sunshine on t'other.

The other side of the cross roads was dark and hammering down with rain!It was funny watching the pedestrians in tee shirts one side of the road and using umbrellas on the other. You'd think the ones getting wet would just cross over!

remember once cycling in deepest darkest Kent and having a rain burst follow us for a bit. Managed to keep it behind us just. But very weird hearing the rain hit the road but us not getting wet.

Well I made it home without getting wet 
apart from the muddy trail covering me and bike in goo, I am now clean again, the same can't be said for the bike
