Went to the Rectory to hand in the CD, also checked up on the grave diggers to go and see if they dug the grave in the right spot. Poor chaps, it is right under the tree so the roots were a bit of a problem.

Paid the deposit for the funeral. Nearly fell over when they said my sister had spent £245 on flowers. Grrr.

I could blame the enormous fish and chips I have at Arch's Mum's when we visit but I was wondering if it was more to do with the regular fried noodles I have for lunch.

I'm not sure one enormous fish and chips every six months has that much effect... Although it IS enormous. :hungry:

I don't get the feeling your chow mein is all that fatty, and you don't eat much dairy, but do eat plenty of fruit, so it's hard to know what to suggest...

My Mum uses Benecol spread, but I don't know how much it actually helps.

Some suggestions here:

More oily fish is possible, and more fibre?

Mind you, I've just had spag carbonara, so I'm dripping with cholesterol...

I already eat a lot of oily fish and fibre, plenty of fruit and veg, use marg instead of butter, and olive oil foo cooking.

I reckon it could be the sugars, cake and Haribo, and some of the snacking stuff. Maybe I just need to cut down on that rather then eat more of the other.

I have had a headache all day and I think I might just retire to bed to sleep it off.

Hey, let's have a big Tea thread group hug...

:hugs:

No? Maybe not.

Bed time for me too soon. So as not to be left out, I have a very slightly achey ankle.

Not really enough to warrant sympathy though!
