I am a bit after having a lie down in the middle of the road whilst previously doing 20mph, am off for a bath to soak my wounds, and sympathy would be nice, but I'll settle for the tea

Oh, and my bike is a bit poorly, but was expertly bodged by the lads to get me the last 20 odd miles home on single speed gear
