Rhubarb crumble and soup for lunch for me. Back seems to be improving somewhat, enough to stop taking co-codamol, swapped to ibuprofen, still taking the other stuff the doctor gave me.

I need to get off this computer and write assignments. I'm just failing myself and letting people down so need to get cracking.

Have decided on a quick ride to the park and back, less than 5 miles in the rain.

My friend came over a little while ago and cleared a load of stuff from my first floor hallway and stairs so I can get about more easily. He also put the Ratrike and Emmelle into the guest room so they aren't in the way either.

I like rhubarb.

Bit of a damp day today, mainly due it tipping it down on the way into work, so I was already wet before I started...

I have Plans for dinner. Yesterday, I bought a box of 10 fishfingers. Today, I will grill them all, and make two sandwiches. I even have cheap white bread for them.
