I'm turning into one of those people that mess with their bikes more than they actually ride them

I have just gone through all the blog entries and comments, on another forum where I moderate, and removed all the spam entries and comments, and banned a whole load of spammers. Some of the spammers have been around since 2008! Not anymore!

However, my eyes now hurt!

I had a bacon sandwich at our coffee stop today and was very good and resisted the urge to have a slice of cake as well ........ but then we decided to have a sneaky second stop on the way home so I got to have my cake after all.
