It was a lovely evening out with good friends last night.

We got back last night and Pete started with chills and a very high temperature, got him to wear lots of clothes in bed and put more blankets on. Fever seems to have gone now. You could have made a full cooked breakfast on him.

Oh dear! He seemed fine when we left.

Hope he's over it quickly!

I ought to make my shopping list now.

Oh dear! Is he coming down with something bad?
Not what either of you need.:hugs:

I slept, deeply, for a while and have now got up. I was tempted to just sit here on my bedding on the sofa but decided that would be a slippery slope to not getting out of 'bed' at all. So I packed the bedding away and reinstated the sofa as usual.

Will need to figure a way of not using the other sofa as bedding storage as it would be a good place for visitors to sit.

There may be a pic of Arch returning home last night coming later

Had a little ride out to Tatton Park, first proper ride since the 'incident', can tell I've done nowt but eat for the last week :mrpig:

Still, it's back to work tomorrow, hopefully that will be the end of the pigginess

Good idea. Might also help with reminding your brain that it's a sofa sometimes and a bed sometimes, and hence help you sleep, rather than running day into night and getting out of synch.

I really really should go out shopping! I've got far to engrossed in advising Jazloc on his bike maintenance!

Mum has just returned with one from Wilkinsons. They are a lot broader then in my youth, I guess people have more rubbish toiletries and cleansing products nowadays. It is also extendable and flimsy and generally of rubbish quality.

Oh, BTW, I have arranged the loan of a wheelchair for you! Will be fun bringing it on the train!
Yay! Thank you Arch and St Nick's.:highfive:

Now all we need is one of these.

Oh, if only!

My boss reckoned after all the stuff you've done already at St Nicks, loaning you a wheelchair was the least we could do!

You just have to promise not to electrify it...;)

Unless you really want to.... ^_^
