Man that looks good, think I will stay off this thread as I do want to get fit..........or maybe I could have my cake and eat it and level it up with another sprint, hmmm if I went fast I maybe sick....NOooo that's not funny.

I've made a fruited cake and a coffee walnut cake. Both 150g (3 egg) mixes. I have also put some in little pots so there is a tester cake of each as these are going away for someone else to eat.

Note to self:
When you have just knocked over the mug of coffee do not compound the problem by putting the electric whisk on the worktop and switching it on. Cake mix pebble dash is not a good look!:blush:
 
The beauty of this thread is that virtual tea and cake has no calories!

Well then I will have a large slice please, it would be rude not to given this calorie information.

What's your favourite cake then? (or has this been covered in this mammoth thread?).

Mine is my wife's Victoria sponge fresh from the oven and just cooled.


My Mum's chocolate cake takes some beating. And the chocolate orange drizzle cake she does.

But NT bakes a selection of excellent cakes!:hungry:
