* packs suitcase and gets ready to fly out on holiday * :addict::reading::addict:

Switzerland looks good at this time of year.
Oi!

You don't get out of helping to clean up that easily!:boxing:

^_^

Right, washing up done, laundry done, furniture back where it should be, spam scrapped off the cooker hob:scratch:, mugs back on the mug tree.:heat:

Just need to put everything else back in the cupboards.

Our kitchen looks like that when the cupboards are full!

Blimey, you are ruthless.....glad I'm not a spambot (although I do like spam sandwiches). Mrs Rocky has been very kind a brought me a nice :cuppa:....what have I done to deserve it......oh, yes, drive her 100 miles to a meeting and then cut the hedge outside the house.
^_^ I'm going to go out to watch my folks digging a new flower bed in my driveway.

The other site has never has good anti spambot software so I reckon over half the 24,000 members are bots!
I have just been doing member profile searches for key terms used in spam. It breaks down the numbers I have to kill in each search.
I just wish it was a one touch process instead of double checking each profile, then switching to the admin page and selecting the banning members screen then C&P the member name, then select ban for life on the drop down, then ban, then return to the member list and find the next one. Every now and then I have to check for new membership bots too.

It is tedious but it needs doing. I just wish the forum owner would pull his finger out and put in some proper anti-spam before they appear faster then I can ban them.

Have you ever 'killed' a real member (mistaking them for a bot)? I'm not sure how you'd know that unless someone complained.
I don't think I have as I tend to err on the side of safety. If there is any doubt I will leave them. The ones I 'kill' tend to have obvious spam links in their signature or as their home page. I do wonder how secure my antivirus is as I often check their homepage or live links to make sure they are spam and not just a badly named personal blog site.

I suspect he'll ignore all of them and sit around

Thanks for making me smile!

I'm in favour of most unhinged cycling projects - I'd like a wobblebike, and I have a Kirk Precision MTB to build up, and the makings of a FWD 'bent that just needs a few hours with a Big Fettling Stick - but that is feckin' dreadful.

I am very unfit.
I got really puffed out earlier on just watching my folks doing the garden. All I did was hobble about offering advice and moving some bits and passing tools.

Arch has been at a volunteers' party at work, much cake and wine consumed by the sound of it.

:cuppa: time now.
