of the day. After a very hectic day yesterday, we had a lie in, so we're only just up. Time for a cuppa and then we'll head out for a free coffee, thanks to some vouchers I found in the recycling.....

My back aches. It went yesterday carrying a few bits of cardboard. I managed to keep active at Not Just Apple Day but a night trying to sleep and I just ache all over!
