Got it wrong. She said sausage but it turned into venison pie with mash (home grown carrot and parsnip mash). I'll eat (pretty much) anything tho'.Mrs 26 is preparing the sausage and something as I type

I had my chimney looked at and it turns out the chimney needs relining as the old lining is coming away and blocking up the chimney hence my near death experience

Yes - they used to put a slice of chocolate cake up the chimney and Archie would go after it like a ferret down a burrow. Unfortunately for Archie the cake was on a string..............
