Arrrgggghhhhhhhh! Bloody Psychotherapy! :banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead:
If I wasn't :crazy: before then they are getting me :crazy: now!

The therapist who saw me for my triage assessment on Wednesday didn't know it was my first triage assessment and just assessed me as one of her own first time patients.

So I now need to wait for another triage assessment*!:cursing:

If this goes wrong again I might just discharge myself and accept being :crazy:, as it is easier and less stressful.

ETA: * Just got one for next Thursday with another therapist - we'll see how this goes....

Blimey, that's frustrating. Can I make you a :cuppa:?
A :cuppa: will be great, thank you Rocky.
:thumbsup:

I will eventually stop 'simmering' and go and do some work.

Just finished some :cuppa:. Went to a talk last night on exoplanets - how they are discovered. Seems we are not alone as a solar system. Plenty of planets out there everywhere. Even planets orbiting pulsars have been discovered. Goldilocks zone planets too!

We bought a telescope last year as we are both interested in astronomy, like to watch the sky at night every month. I am just so fascinated by where we come from and what is out there, love sky watching, weather permitting. Trouble is it can get very cloudy round here which doesn't help much. The first time I saw Jupiter and her moons was just breath taking, so far away yet so clear, looking forward to as many clear evenings as possible :hyper:
