Been on the velodrome today. When I first got my track bike the coach suggested I reduce the gear from 88 to 84 as I clearly wasn't coping
Today he suggested I put the gear back up as I was twiddling pretty fast
Took a youngster with me to give him his first experience on a fixed bike and on a velodrome. He's just started riding a bike recently so I was a bit concerned he might have a few teething problems. Took to it like a duck to water

It's nice to be able to help out and encourage the youngsters don't you think?

Bro in law came in from cycle commute home, and had a shower and then went into Oli's room, wearing his dressing gown.

Oli pointed at an exposed bit of shest and said 'What's that?'

He's catching on that everyone has them. But he keeps saying randomly "I've got nipples!".

Can we have an acronym like NSFW to indicate that one should put one's mug of tea down and make sure the last swig is well swallowed before scrolling? PTDAMSLSWSBS, perhaps?

Been looking at my neighbour's car battery charger this morning. I ain't no electronics expert so hoped Google would help. Can I find the function of the chip? Might have to call it quits and say "sorry it's still bust"
