I shall not be cycling today I need to do car things again! I need farm foods for basics like chick peas and kidney beans and bread for the freezer & stuff and so I shall do the mahoosive Aldi near it in Havant, it also has a better £1 shop there as it is near a skanky area so does less "optional" items and more "needed" items, plus it sells the much coveted

I weighed myself today, not pleasant but not as bad as i thought. I am aiming to lose a stone and see how it goes. Start small is my motto
