No cycling of any sort for me today. I always take a day off and it's usually Monday. I got the intervals going on the turbo last week and was pleased with myself as they went well. I hope I can keep it going this week as I want to see if I can get some good training done and see if it's worth my while renewing my club membership and doing some TT's this summer. Old age is catching up on me and the training required seems to be taking too much out of me as I go down with a cold or whatever every time I get a fitness peak.

That's the problem. People are more susceptible to colds the older they get, and take longer to recover as well

Looks like yet another no cycling day. Its and windy (we need a 'windy' smiley). Our dog walking duties are going to be interesting. At least the first dog is ruffty-tufty, the others are a bit nesh but we shall see how it goes.
More tea first though as our greyhound wanted to go out but on sticking his head out of the door, then headed back to the sofa and is now asleep again.
