I haven't really been following progress of it either. Marklin is the only manufacturer I know about in that size.

The floods here peaked overnight and the Coleham flood barrier has been taken down (for the time being), but it's again.

Already completed the first 'Meeting & Greeting' lesson in my PC based course. 19 phrases, 4 of which were new to speak as well as read/write. Now for a coffee then an interval session on the turbo before lunch.

Snow . Rain. Snow. Rain. Irate grandson on the phone. There as been a landslide and the school bus won't be picking them up sooo "gran, can you take us to, school ?"
So, off I go and pick up 3 grandchildren and a friend and take them to schol.

and I may have to go and get them later as well. It all depends. Doh. Its great being a grand parent. Home once more In the warmth with coffee.

We have a light dusting of the white stuff on the tops of the hills here. Probably would be enough to close down the home counties for a week or two, but here its MTB weather. Heading out now to climb up to Loch Thom (@Bobby Mhor) and see how I get on fitness wise. Got an extra half stone to lug around after the recent weather .

Landslide ! And they haven't closed school?

No. The landslide happened between villages, before it got to me. Kids on this side of it can still go to school. we arnt talking about a big landslide
like you get over there.
