Yes.

I copy the long thingummy from the address line. Then I start a new post, click on the green paperclip, next to the one that looks like you like the smiley face, but cannot see the left hand side of the dialogue box. Is there another way of doing it, another simple way, I mean

I do the same as you, then once I click the paperclip a little box appears with a space for the 'url' and another that says 'my link' paste the address into the url box and re-name the 'my link' box to whatever you want.
Don't know if that helps.

Potsy, yes I used to do that. But for some reason the My Link box appears on the screen, but too far to the left, so I cannot see the left hand side of the box, so cannot enter the "url" at the right point in the box. So, sorry, that does not help.

No, not tried a different browser, that could solve it. It is a very minor thing to ask Shaun about, somehow it righted itself once before, but not by deleting cookies. You will know, of course, that deleting cookies is not something I undertake lightly.

I have been cleaning my bathroom all afternoon. I have accumulated a rubbish bag of stuff to throw out (towels beyond use, old shoes, the broken mop head etc), and since that means going all the way down to the bins, I'm going to go and get Chinese takeaway while I'm down there.

Beause I'm worth it, as they say in the ads. I can't remember which ads exactly, which shows how effective they are...

Mts 26x25 has risen a bit from her sick bed and cooked me one of her home made curries. Bet it's better than yours .
