I used to go out with a vegan. Woke morning with a pretty bad hangover, stumbled downstairs, was presented with a mug of coffee. I took one sip and as soon as my taste buds discovered that it had been made with soya milk, the loving gesture was ruined by my throwing it back up in the sink.

I did. However I was wantonly and mercilessly invited out for coffee shortly afterwards... Damn you Spandex, Helen et al! ;)

Bang goes the tidying....

I'll put the kettle on again after I've cooked supper.

I'm sorry . You had to abandon CycleChat to chat about cycles . Oh, and there was the small matter of the tidying but we left you a few hours for that ,

Soya milk isn't that bad, it just ruins everything it goes in, including the carton.

I refurbished a tiny kitchen for a vegan once. I asked where the fridge was going and he said that as a vegan he didn't need one.
Fair enough I thought.
After I finished the refurb he put the house up for sale.
I've often wondered where the new owners put the fridge as there wasn't room for it without major rebuilding work.

I have hot blackcurrent instead of tea tonight.
