oh sorry to hear that, have you been to your GP again or for some blood tests?

Though it does seem that you need to just let yourself rest as it sounds like you really need it NT

That's an impressive looking trailer NT.
I must agree with m'learned friend up there - you sound like something's not quite right.
Hope you feel better soon.

Cheers,

I am trying to rest but I get bored really quickly and always want to be doing something.
I daren't risk proper work as I would be a danger to myself and my machines, but pottering with the Ratrike and trailer is light enough and has no deadlines.
I should really be laid up in a Victorial bed, convalesing in the country, with a good long book and a housekeeper who bring soup and stops people visiting for too long.
I will be back at the GP's after next week, if I am rested, for further inspection and testing.

Anyway, being ill and resting also means I am not sleeping at night so I am posting at 3.30am, tea anyone?

Typically my insomnia seems to be giving me a break at the moment, or I would have joined you

One of my friends had a weird dizzy thing that went on for a while. Her GP eventually said it was a virus and gave her some pills that stopped in its tracks with sneaky narcoleptic tactics. It took her a good few weeks but she seems to be over it now (and no longer falls asleep mid conversation, so my paranoia is back in its box - a double win

Hope you feel better soon.

Oh yes, in a velvet smocking jacket and long white night cap, with a bell-pull right by the bed.

And crumpets for tea.

Get well soon.:hugs:

What about this for your residence?

There is a barn for conversion, as well as a workshop, and garage. A long drive for the trying out of vehicles of various descriptions. Even a pond, in case you decide to make anphibious crafts.

Five bedrooms, but I think the carpets are not a very practical colour.

With a tower for admiring the countryside, what more could you want?

Oh and  there is a small railway station nearby.

That's a very pretty house, a reasonable price too.

However, my current house is a 7 bed and so I would be trading down a little.

This is my ex wife's address.

I live in a cardboard box beside the Great North Road.

Oh. I thought you lived under the table. Don't tell me you've got a table and a cardboard box? Cor, how the other half live

Just back from a day out at the bicycle village in Manchester.

It was OK, a bit quiet due to the heavy showers. Looked at a few things and bought some bar ends that might go on the Ratrike.

Need tea now, intravenously!

Was that the one at Jackson's boat NT? I nearly went to that with a friend of mine but ended up working.
It's a shame the weather was so mixed today.

I think so, at Sale, by the river.
All the exhibitors there had marquees so it was a dash between showers.
Some nice old bikes there and some recumbents and cargo bikes and a couple of chaps on unicycles, one going backwards.

I think I will not be talking to Arch now, I am jealous of her new Jeep. I am sure I could look after it for her in my garage.

I also deserve a medal. Never before has an Ice cream van driven up this street, and it parked up next door to my house, and I did not go out and buy a whippy ice cream with two chocolate flakes! Remind me, please, next Sunday that he will be driving up this way again.

So next week, you intend not to deserve a medal?;)

Maybe the Jeep and I could come and visit you one day.
