Who would like Petunia the Piglet?

I can imagine that a lot of the skill in these, as well as knitting the pieces neatly, is getting a good shape when it is sewn up.

I found these when looking for a link to the "Best in Show - Knit your own cat" which is by the same people who did the "Knit your own dog" book.

I haven't knitted for ages. I've got the best in show dog book, but not even tried one yet.

I blame the internet, and having a laptop I can actually have on my lap, thus filling my evenings.

I should get the needles out again.

It is still summer here.

Was summer up here today too, went for a little 28 mile ride on the local trail :sun:

My diet has hit the buffers this week, not been calorie counting and have been eating one or two Cornetto's

Have decided to do 3 weeks on and 1 week off to stop it becoming monotonous, Monday it all starts again

I have not been losing weight, but I have certainly been losing size!

When I would like a dessert, I either have a yoghurt, a proper non-low fat one, or a small amount of vanilla ice cream. The yoghurt has a fat content of 7g per 100g of yoghurt (just checked one in the fridge). Alledgedly ice cream is full of air and water, even the "normal" ones. I find these are more satisfying/filling that the artifical tasting concoction advertised as "Lite" etc. Perhaps you should try a proper ice cream like Mackies, or Green and Blacks?

Or try to just have one Cornetto every other day. Which I hasten to add, does not mean not having a Cornetto on Monday, and then having one every other day of the week! ;)

You must be fairly near your target now. We do not want you to fade away.

I have just returned from Forrin Parts. There will be a full write-up, but for now I'll leave you with this Handy Hint.
Do not go to a wine growing area during harvest.
Every single village reeks of fermentation.
It's like cycling through home brew.
