Yep, it was my fault.

I thought the cable was slipping on the barrel adjuster but checking it this morning it was the clamp that holds the outer slipping down the chain stay. I had forgetten to tighten that one.

Granville is definately able to do stoppies now!
I blame the BMX tyres giving him ideas.

You'll be getting some air on the half pipes in no time, innit?

I went out on the Brom the other day, wearing a hooded top. There were a couple of pedestrians ambling on a shared path, so rather than ring my bell at them, I diverted round them and rode down a kerb. It's the small wheel influence.;)

All I needed was to have my seat 6" too low to complete the look.

Oh dear.

We are having a tantrum.

Well, Someone is having a tantrum, but the rest of us are rather compelled to listen to it.

Someone is very tired from school, but won't have a lie down.

I hope pussy cat is ok, Speich.

Arch is a POB

Good luck at the vets to the big white wol cat.

Lovely day here, just perfect riding weather, bright, relatively warm and dry with little wind, was thinking of an extended ride home but I had to do a quick turnaround shift last night/this morning and am very tired, I can feel a cat nap coming on :tired:

Will just finish my choccy milkshake recovery drink first

Pussy cat has had an allergic reaction to some flea bites. He had a jab of something suitable, and was very well behaved at the Vets. He has also had a flee treatment, and so has Tasha. Neither of them are talking to me now!

No Pots, isn't that you from your slimmer days?

Speich, I hope the trip to the vets went well.

Been trying to shake off a cold since last Sunday and the thing is still here - thought it was improving yesterday but it seems to be back with a vengeance today!!

Grrr..and the last two days I seem to have spent a lot of time 'doing' online/computery stuff and actually just now- I've not achieved anything and am no further forward.

grumbles...a cup of tea would be good

Cheers, there seems to be a little bit of a thing now with younger people starting to make similar choppers, I think the Teutul's on American Chopper are responsible.
I don't think I had seen any other bikes in that style back then.

Granville is well today and has a cycle computer fitted now. I was looking at ways to extend the rear chainstays to add more wheelbase behind the saddle to counter his willingness to pull wheelies when my Dad came to have a look and suggested putting a bag on the front instead. So now I am designing a front luggage mount to take an Oxford motorbike tank bag.
