Did some roller racing today with a friend at the Car Free Day in South London - definitely not sprint fit anymore as time for 500m was 31.71...oh well!!

Cheers for all the comments, have got a bit of a way to go yet but I'll get there eventually.
Tough ride today, 4800ft of climbing and a top speed of 42mph (that was down one of the hills)

It really wasn't clear to me from your post that you were asking what it was? Was that what you were asking? I thought you were doing a pre-amble to a joke!!!
I wasn't at home, was out at a local event and my friend and I were rigged up to this giant clock and had to sprint as fast as possible for 500m in competition with each other.

Like I said, my time was a 'can do better' and he finished before me.
