Phil- If you had caught it off me you would be lying in bed now unable to move, only my extreme toughness has allowed me to work a full week of night shifts and the do a 52 mile ride whilst suffering from such a debilitating illness as MAN-FLU

It's making me hungry looking at it!
I've always fancied making a three tiered cake rack like that, but one that would fold up for cycle camping. Imagine, on a crowded campsite, arriving under your own steam, setting up, getting the kettle on the Trangia, and then setting up a three tiered rack of dainty cakes!
