Gromit- I can help....with the eating of the biscuits ;)

Feeling rather  Fell off my bike tonight, don't know what happened but one minute I was going along nicely, next I was on the floor in the middle of the road  luckily it was just a side road leading out of a shopping precent so was not busy, nobody got out of their cars to see if I was OK though

Broke my mirror and my computer sensor, also the rear light bracket camee loose but maybe fixable, could have been a lot worse.

Tea?

Ah wondered why I didn't know you fell off - it's in Tea ! Well off to make a brew myself.

Hope the bike is OK - sounds a bit like my off in June - one minute fine, next the bike has turned into a game of buckaroo - at least you didn't put a big dent in a taxi.

Awww, pool wol.

I should think a wol in a pool would be a very sorry and bedraggled sight...

How your eyes are less gritty soon Speich. And you do have such big eyes...

I'm being very lazy and having a tuna pasta salad and cheese and ham sandwiches for dinner, both reduced in Sainsburys, where I had to stop off for some provisions on the way home....

Tea?

Was that Fossy making his annual appearance in tea earlier?
Avoided getting wet on the way to work, doubt I'll be so lucky going home and the headwind will be shockingly bad.

The eyes are feeling less gritty and dry, thank you Arch. I still feel achey and drained. The headache has improved as well.

I am going to be adventurous with my tea, and have Lamb Rogan Josh with Noodles. :hungry: while watching "It takes two" on BBC2. I know how to live the high life!

Fusion food!

Glad you're feeling better. It's getting cold here. Today at one point it was spitting with rain, and swear I felt a spot of sleet. I'm glad I found a nice thick fleece in a charity shop recently, and I've caved in an plugged the heater in.

Here comes the winter.... Still, only just over 2 months until the days start to get longer again...
