Went into the LBS to exchange the wrong sized inner tube for the correct one. Guess what ... I got home and realised they'd given me the wrong sized one again. My bad for not double checking in the shop but even so ...

So I am sorting out the loft and I need some more storage boxes so I was looking on ebay and thought I would look at the feedback for a trader and found this:

My eyes are very . I have been sewing together a jumper and then picking up the stitches for the edging. It is a very dark navy wool. Despite doing it in natural light, and working right by a window, I think I am still seeing vague splodges in front of my yeyes.

Is required I think. (Saving the Bounty bar for later).

I have also tidied up the cupboard and boxes containing sewing materials and patterns.

I am back from the GP's. I walked there today, my longest unaided and unsupported walk for about 6 months! It is only about 3/4 of a mile round trip so I made it around a mile by popping into Wilkinsons for a gear cable for Tiddles.

I have to see a psychologist now. I guess that makes me officially
