Mornings. I am lacking motivation for today's club run. Need to leave in half an hour and I've only just made it from bed to the sofa. Don't tell Pots, but I'm still in PJs and dressing gown.

Motivation? How about the huge slice of cake you'll no doubt be eating at the cafe stop?
I have been up since 9am, still can't decide whether to go out or not, it is very wet out there and the bike has been cleaned and I have a night shift to do tonight so don't really want to be cleaning it again later.
Maybe a bacon butty to help me decide

Can't get rid of this cold haven't been out on the bike since tuesday - longest spell of not being on the bike all year! Makes it worse having the new shiny bike sitting there too... maybe i can just pop out for a quick one....
