I think after yesterdays comments about doing a job today I was expecting a post like this NT,

sounds like a decent rest or some medical advice is needed before you get any worse.

Shall I consult a train timetable? If Jo sets off from Taunton (has it got a station) I can get on the same train at Cheltenham, and travel with her to Birmingham, change at New Street Station for Manchester. (Trains from the south west do not stop at Worcester).

Night Train, as Potsy says, you might not do "resting", but there are times when it is necessary. Have you got some relaxing music to listen to? I expect reading might make the headache worse.

I was volunteering myself and Jo to go and look after Night Train. To persuade him, as Jo so correctly suggests, to try an interface between him and his sofa.
