Just got back from a rather nice meal out where we had (amongst other things)
Belly pork, smoked loin and the Mother of all Pork Scratchings.
Made from their own little piggies - they live at the far end of the car park in a field.
Pigs are wonderful - friendly, intelligent, playful and delicious.
