Spinich and ricotta lasagne with pine nuts so it wasn't too difficult.
Trying to wisk the white sauce with a potato masher was a new experience.
Squeezing the water out of a massive pile of both fresh cooked and tinned spinich was entertaining. The resultant elephant dungball didn't look appitising.
but I'm about to head out. Unlike SOME PEOPLE, a bit of rain doesn't bother me. 
I should add that the dungball was mixed into the ricotta and random other cheeses and looked fine afterwards.
