I like savoury style nuts, but not so much natural ones. Cashews are an exception, in that I like them au naturel as well as salted.

Mind you, the other day I had some natural monkey nuts in their shells, and didn't hate them.

One day, I might even like mushrooms. My Mum didn't like olives until she was 50.

Mornings. Hope your head feels better today Speicher. I'm feeling ok: slept for ten hours, had some coffee and breakfast this morning then fell asleep again. It definitely wasn't caffeine withdrawal for me as I drank A Lot of builder's brew yesterday afternoon as a comfort drink. Going to take the exercise-deprived dog and the bike out in a bit, to properly test the waters. Meant to be leading a 40 mile ride up some pretty steep hills tomorrow.

I still feel very yukky and wobbly. It is not a serious headache, where you have no option but to lie down in a darkened room, but I am finding it very difficult to concentrate. Most of the things I would like to do, need some concentration, like knitting, sewing etc. I might go for a gentle walk, but there is a howling gale out there. Probably better to stay indoors and keep warm.
