*By pamper myself, I mean drink tea and eat biskits....

I had a hot shower, and a hot drink. Then made a sponge cake. Very industrious, there is some double cream to whip up as a filling.

How can you have a shower without washing your hair?

Dog was thrilled with her 6 mile run and attracted every speck of mud to her to prove it. She's now snoring like a steam train, which added an interesting soundtrack to my annual viewing of The Lord of the Rings.

Appetite is back with a vengeance. I've nearly finished the box of chocolates (Hotel Chocolat no less ) I was given by my landlords. (Reasons to never move #620). Anyone for ?

Easily enough, if you tip your head the right way. I hate having water cascading over my face like in the shower adverts...

The shower head is on one of those adjustable pole thingies. At its lowest level, it will miss most of my hair.
